Returns
If you are not satisfied with your order, you have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your item, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition.
What can be refunded

Damaged items (bent, torn, misprinted, arrived in poor condition)

Incorrect items sent by mistake

Lost parcels after postal investigation

Normal returns within 14 days (buyer covers return shipping unless item was faulty)
What cannot be refunded

Digital items (if you ever add them)

Items damaged after delivery due to misuse

Returned items that arrive back in poor, unsellable condition
How to request a return
Please contact me at emmasnoggin@gmail.com with your order number and a photo. I will respond within 2–3 business days.
Refunds
Once your return is approved or a replacement is confirmed, refunds are processed to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, this may take 3–10 business days.
Return shipping

For damaged or incorrect items: I cover the cost.

For voluntary returns (changed mind): Buyer covers the return shipping.
