Refund policy

Returns
If you are not satisfied with your order, you have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your item, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition.

What can be refunded

  • Damaged items (bent, torn, misprinted, arrived in poor condition)

  • Incorrect items sent by mistake

  • Lost parcels after postal investigation

  • Normal returns within 14 days (buyer covers return shipping unless item was faulty)

What cannot be refunded

  • Digital items (if you ever add them)

  • Items damaged after delivery due to misuse

  • Returned items that arrive back in poor, unsellable condition

How to request a return
Please contact me at emmasnoggin@gmail.com with your order number and a photo. I will respond within 2–3 business days.

Refunds
Once your return is approved or a replacement is confirmed, refunds are processed to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, this may take 3–10 business days.

Return shipping

  • For damaged or incorrect items: I cover the cost.

  • For voluntary returns (changed mind): Buyer covers the return shipping.
