Use of the shop
This shop sells physical handmade products (stickers, prints). All content, designs, and artwork are the intellectual property of Emma Majoros (Emma's Noggin) and may not be copied, resold, or reproduced.

Orders & payments
All prices are listed in EUR. Payments are processed securely through Shopify’s payment providers.

Right to refuse orders
I reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud or incorrect information.

Product variations
Because products are handmade, slight variations in color, size, or cut may occur. This is not considered a defect.

Liability
I am not responsible for delays caused by postal services or incorrect address information entered at checkout.

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria and the European Union.
