Shipping policy

Processing time
Orders are packed with care and shipped within 2–5 business days.

Shipping within the EU
I currently ship to EU countries only. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Delivery times vary by country but generally take 3–10 business days.

Due to current sudden changes in EU regulations and shipping requirements regarding packaging, shipping, and cross-border sales, I reserve the right to cancel any order if a newly introduced or amended regulation prevents me from legally fulfilling it. In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the customer will receive a full refund.

Tracking
Tracking is available for all orders, at an additional cost. In standard shipping it is not included.

Delays
Delays may occur due to postal service issues, holidays, or customs within the EU. Please contact me at emmasnoggin@gmail.com if your order hasn’t arrived after 25 days.

Lost / damaged orders
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive after a postal investigation, please contact me at emmasnoggin@gmail.com with photos and your order number and I will arrange a replacement or refund wherever possible.
